Who we are

CaloriTrack is published by Upcott Studios. Privacy questions: [email protected].

Your log stays on this device

Your name, age, height, weight, activity, goal, meal entries, and weigh-ins are saved in this browser’s local storage. We do not create an account, and that diary is not uploaded to a CaloriTrack database. Clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes the log.

Visit counter

The home page keeps a simple visit total on the server. The first time you open the home page in a browser session, the count goes up by one. A flag in session storage stops the same tab from counting again until the session ends. The counter does not store your name, email, or diary.

Shop and other sites

The shop links to Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com. Those are affiliate links. If you buy something, Amazon may pay Upcott Studios a commission. Amazon’s own privacy policy applies once you leave this site. Share buttons open Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp, or your email app only if you choose them.

Advertising file

This site publishes an ads.txt file so an advertising partner can confirm who is allowed to sell ads here. The pages themselves do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your diary. We do not ask you to sign in. We do not use the calorie log to build an advertising profile.
